• Preparing applications for residential and office extensions, and conversion of shipping containers into offices.
• Preparing application for Change of Use from Office (use Class B1) to mixed use Community Centre/Place of worship.
• Preparing multiple Advertisement Consent applications and Listed Building Consent applications relating to Grade II listed buildings.
• Preparing Enforcement Notice Appeal, Section 102 Order Appeal and an application to the European Court of Human Rights, for 3 generations of families at a gypsy site.
• Pre-application and full planning application for 4 to 6 dwellings and 4 dwellings respectively at a site, within a Conservation Area in London.
• Preparing development valuations, viability assessments and Affordable Housing negotiations; preparing design and access statements, planning statements, transport statements, sustainability statements, affordable housing statements and heritage statements.
• Appeal allowed for conversion of a garage block within the countryside, to a residential annex.
